EndoBan® FT is a modern solution for reducing the toxic load in industrial livestock farming. The formula combines selective mycotoxin detoxification, reduction of the impact of bacterial endotoxins, protection of the liver and intestinal barrier, decrease in inflammatory responses, and support of the natural immune response. Efficacy is confirmed by the results of European research, application practice in the EU, and independent production trials on farms with an industrial level of production.
EndoBan® FT reduces the toxic load and the level of systemic inflammation, releasing metabolic energy which is normally spent combating toxins, and redirects it towards growth, muscle mass formation, and increased animal productivity indicators.

MYCOTOXINS AND ENDOTOXINS
Modern livestock farming is subject to constant toxic exposure which directly reduces business profitability. This hidden burden is formed by two key threats: mycotoxins, which inevitably contaminate feed in the field or during storage, and endotoxins - Lipopolysaccharides LPS - which arise in the gut from the first hours of an animal's life as the GI tract is colonised by bacterial microflora from the environment, feed, and water.
Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites of mold fungi that affect the liver, kidneys, nervous, and reproductive systems of animals, provoking oxidative stress, immunosuppression, reduced weight gain, and reproductive disorders. Mycotoxins are resistant to heat treatment; they affect 25 - 80% of the global harvest, generating hidden losses in the millions of dollars due to lost herd productivity and increased farming costs.
Endotoxins or Lipopolysaccharides - LPS are fragments of the outer cell membrane of Gram-negative bacteria; they are released during microbial growth or breakdown in the GI tract. They initiate chronic inflammation, sepsis-like reactions, and immunodepression, redirecting up to 25% of metabolic energy away from growth and productivity towards immune defence, thereby worsening the Feed Conversion Ratio FCR and the overall efficiency of the farm. The synergy of endotoxins with mycotoxins exacerbates economic losses from reduced herd productivity: it destroys the intestinal barrier, increasing mortality, and provoking infections, diarrhoea, and necrosis. EndoBan® FT neutralises this chain reaction in the GI tract, freeing up energy for productivity and increasing your farm’s profit.
LEVELS OF PROTECTION EndoBan® FT
1. Detoxification and Counteracting Endotoxicosis - EndoBan® FT reduces the bioavailability of mycotoxins and endotoxins in the gastrointestinal tract - GIT. The complex of modified thermostable minerals selectively binds a wide range of toxins, without affecting vitamins, amino acids, or feed enzymes. Under conditions of stress, high stocking density, or impaired gut barrier function, LPS penetrates the bloodstream, provoking an immune response and redirecting the body's resources from productive processes to defensive ones.
2. Biotransformation and Selective Mycotoxin Adsorption - the formula's components stimulate the breakdown of toxins into safe compounds that are excreted naturally. Simultaneously, a premium selective adsorption system is used, which binds mycotoxins of varying polarity - Aflatoxins, Zearalenone, Trichothecenes, and Fumonisin — directly in the intestine. Unlike traditional binders, EndoBan® FT acts selectively, not binding amino acids, fat-soluble vitamins, or microelements, thus preserving the full nutritional value of the diet.
3. Immune Support - EndoBan® FT blocks the circulation of endotoxins at the GIT level, reducing the burden on the immune system and maintaining its activity against infections. The efficacy of EndoBan® FT is confirmed by the results of studies conducted on industrial farms in Belgium:
1. Effects of EndoBan® FT application in broilers over the cycle 41 days:
- increase in weight gain by +3.4%.
- reduction in FCR Feed Conversion Ratio by −1.38%.
- mortality reduction by 0.5% and decrease in toxicological load DON, ZEA, FUM, etc.
- improved intestinal morphology: increased villus height, restoration of crypt structure.
- reduced level of Acute Phase Proteins AGP, serving as an indicator of inflammatory load.
- reduced level of LPS endotoxins in the blood.
2. Effects of EndoBan® FT application in piglets/weaners over the cycle 49 days:
- increase in live weight from 17.7 to 20.7 kg per head, a gain of +3 kg or +17%.
- average daily feed intake increased by 8.73% - from 401 to 436 grams per day.
- Feed Conversion Ratio - FCR decreased from 1.66 to 1.43, corresponding to −13.8%.
- antibiotic usage decreased from 12 cases to 4, a reduction of 66.7%.
- mortality was minimal: 1 case of death recorded across all groups.
3. Established effects of EndoBan® FT application in pigs over the cycle 166 days:
- live weight increased by 5.6 kg per head, corresponding to +5%.
- FCR (Feed Conversion) reduced by 4%.
- antibiotics in the starter period reduced by 67%.
- antibiotics in the finishing period reduced by 100%.
- mortality reduced from 5.5% to 2.3%, corresponding to a decrease of 58%.
4. Effects of EndoBan® FT application in dairy cattle:
- milk yield increased from 470 to 990 grams of milk per cow per day.
- somatic cell counts decreased from 20% to 62% depending on the conditions and duration of use.
- bacterial contamination of milk decreased by up to 53%.
- milk urea content decreased by 8%, reflecting efficient protein utilisation.
- milk protein increased by 0.1% with a tendency for further growth.
Under laboratory conditions - in vitro, it was established that EndoBan® FT reduces the activity of LPS endotoxins by 77% even before they penetrate the GIT barrier.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION SCHEMES
For poultry and pigs the recommended dosage is 2.5 kilograms per 1 ton of feed to ensure full protection and maximum efficacy of the additive. In preventive programs under moderate toxic load, 1.5 kilograms per 1 ton of feed is applied.
For cattle and horses the optimal dosage is 25-50 grams per head per day for adult animals. For calves the recommended dosage is 7-15 grams per head per day.
For sheep and goats the dosage is 5-10 grams per head per day during lactation and the dry period.
