PUBLIC OFFER

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement is an official and public offer of the "European Agricultural Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to conclude a sales contract for the Goods presented on the website.

1.2. According to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this agreement is a public contract and contains the same terms and conditions for all Buyers.

1.3. By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

Offer – a public proposal by the Seller to conclude a sales contract.

Goods – products available for sale on the website.

Online Store – the Seller's website intended for the sale of goods.

Buyer – an individual or legal entity that has placed an Order.

Personal Data – information that allows the identification of the Buyer.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer places an order via the "Cart" on the website or other available means of communication.

3.2. To complete the order, the Buyer provides:

Full name;

Delivery address;

Contact phone number and email.

3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the Buyer's information is incomplete or inaccurate.

4. Price and Delivery of Goods

4.1. The cost of the goods is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine.

4.2. Payment is made using the methods provided on the website.

4.3. Delivery is carried out by courier services selected by the Buyer.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Buyer agrees to:

Familiarize themselves with the terms of the agreement before placing an order.

Provide accurate data to complete the order.

The Seller agrees to:

Deliver the Goods that correspond to the description on the website.

Ensure the protection of the Buyer's personal data.

6. Return of Goods

6.1. Returns are possible within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

6.2. Refunds are made within 30 days after the goods are inspected.

6.3. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the Goods.

7.2. In the event of force majeure, the Seller and the Buyer are released from their obligations for the duration of such circumstances.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. By providing their personal data, the Buyer consents to its processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

8.2. The Seller guarantees the non-disclosure of information to third parties, except as provided by law.

9. Other Conditions

9.1. The agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. Any disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court.

9.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement by publishing an updated version on the website.
